These terms apply to everyone who uses AgencySeekr: people looking for an agency, people who write reviews, agencies with a listing and partners with a reseller plan. By using the site, creating an account or paying for a listing, you accept them. If you use the site for a business, you accept them on its behalf and confirm that you may do so.
Who we are
AgencySeekr (agencyseekr.com) is run by Filip Blomqvist AB, a company registered in Sweden (company registration number 559502-2772, VAT number SE559502277201). Our business address is Västanvindsgatan 6c, 417 17 Göteborg, Sweden. You can reach us at hello@agencyseekr.com or through our contact page. These terms are an agreement between you and Filip Blomqvist AB.
What AgencySeekr is
AgencySeekr is a directory that helps businesses find and compare digital agencies. We show information about agencies, verified client reviews and ratings, and let you contact agencies. We are not a party to any agreement between you and an agency. We don’t employ, endorse or guarantee any agency, and we are not responsible for an agency’s work, prices, advice or conduct. Check an agency yourself before you hire it.
Information on profiles comes from agencies, their clients and public sources. We work to keep it accurate, but we can’t promise that every detail is complete, correct or current. Positions in lists follow the method on our How we rank page, and no one can pay for a better position.
Accounts
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement to create an account.
- Give true and complete details and keep them up to date. An agency account must use an email address at the agency’s own domain, which we confirm with an emailed code.
- Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens in your account, and you must tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
- One account manages one listing. You may not share or sell an account, or create one for an agency you don’t represent.
Listings
A listing is a profile for one agency and its website domain, and each domain can be listed once. Whoever creates or manages a listing is responsible for everything in it: it must be true, up to date and theirs to publish. In a listing you may not:
- claim services, clients, awards, partner programs, offices or results the agency can’t back up;
- use another business’s name, logo or trademarks in a misleading way;
- add content that is unlawful, defamatory or discriminatory, or that infringes anyone’s rights;
- add anything meant to harm visitors, or use the listing to promote anything other than the agency.
You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, show, copy, format and share the content you add, including logos and images, on the site and in search results, link previews and data about the directory, for as long as it is listed and for a reasonable time afterwards in backups. We may shorten text, resize images and correct obvious mistakes without changing the meaning.
We may check any listing, ask for proof of what it says, and hide, change or remove content, or a whole listing, that breaks these terms, misleads buyers or puts the site at risk. Profiles our team added from public information say so, and the agency can claim its profile by signing up with its domain.
Reviews
Reviews must follow our Review Guidelines. By sending a review, you confirm that you worked with the agency as its client, that the review is your honest opinion of your own experience, and that nobody paid or rewarded you for it. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free and permanent licence to publish, show, quote and share it, with your name or anonymously, as you chose. We may refuse or remove a review that breaks the guidelines.
Agencies can flag a review but can’t edit, remove or answer it. They may not offer anything in return for a review, or ask only the clients they expect to be happy.
Messages to agencies
Use the contact form on a profile only for real enquiries about the agency’s services. Agencies, and partners who manage a listing, may use a sender’s details only to answer and follow up that enquiry. They may not add senders to mailing lists without consent, sell or pass on their details, or use them for anything else.
Payments
- A listing costs a one-time fee, shown on our Get listed page, plus VAT where it applies. There is no subscription and no renewal fee. We may change the listing price for new purchases; a change never affects a listing that has already been paid for.
- A reseller plan is a one-time payment for the number of listing credits shown when you buy it, plus one listing for the reseller’s own agency.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. VAT is added according to where you are; businesses in the EU with a valid VAT number are charged under the reverse-charge rule. Your receipt and invoice come from Stripe.
- A lifetime listing stays live with no further payments for as long as AgencySeekr runs the directory and the listing follows these terms. It doesn’t guarantee any number of visits, messages, reviews or a position in lists.
- Refunds follow our Refund Policy. When a listing payment is refunded, the listing is taken offline.
Reseller accounts
A reseller is a business that lists agencies in the directory on their behalf, using listing credits from a reseller plan.
Permission. A reseller may only list an agency that has agreed to be listed by that reseller. The reseller confirms this for every listing it adds, and we record the date. The reseller must keep proof of the permission, such as a signed agreement or an email from someone at the agency, and show it to us within 14 days if we ask.
Accuracy. The reseller is responsible for keeping each listing true and up to date, and must not present an agency as something it is not.
Reviews. A reseller must not review listings it manages, or offer anything in return for reviews of them.
Removal and transfer. If an agency tells us it did not agree to be listed, or the reseller cannot show the agency’s permission, we may hide the listing, transfer it to the agency or delete it, and its credit is not returned. We may close a reseller account that breaks these terms.
Credits. Each client listing uses one credit for good, also when it is taken offline or deleted. If a reseller plan is refunded, its unused credits are removed.
Own agency. A reseller account includes one listing for the reseller’s own agency, at the domain of the email address it signs in with. It uses no credit and shows as run by the agency itself; the permission rules above don’t apply to it. If every reseller plan on the account is refunded, it goes offline until a plan is bought again.
Clients. A reseller sets its own prices and terms with the agencies it lists. Those arrangements are between the reseller and the agency.
Acceptable use
When you use the site, you may not:
- copy, scrape or harvest content, contact details or reviews by automated means, or build a competing database from them (normal search engine indexing is fine);
- send spam, or use contact forms for sales pitches, link building or recruiting;
- write fake reviews, review your own agency or a competitor, or trade reviews;
- get around spam protection, rate limits, sign-in or other security, probe the site for weaknesses or overload it;
- pretend to be someone else, or create accounts with false details;
- break the law or anyone else’s rights.
Reporting content and how we moderate
Anyone can report content they believe is illegal or breaks these terms or our Review Guidelines, through our Report content page or the Report links on reviews and profiles. A person on our team checks each report against the law and our rules, within 7 days. We don’t use automated tools to decide.
If content breaks the law or our rules, we may remove or change it, hide a listing or close an account, as these terms describe. When we do, we email whoever added it what we did and why, unless the law stops us, and they can ask for a second look by replying within six months. The person who reported it is told the outcome, but their identity is not shared, unless the law requires it.

Our content and brand
The site’s design, text, code and data, and the AgencySeekr name and logo, belong to Filip Blomqvist AB or our licensors. You may link to any page and quote short parts with a link back to the source. Anything else needs our written permission. Content added by agencies and reviewers belongs to them, under the licences above.
Ratings from Google Maps
Some agency profiles and lists show the agency’s rating from Google Maps. These ratings come from Google, not from reviews we collect or verify, and are shown under the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. By using those parts of the site you also agree to Google’s terms.
Links to other websites
Profiles and articles link to agency websites and other sites we don’t control. We are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.
Changes, availability and closure
We keep improving the directory and may change, add or remove features. We aim to keep the site available, but we don’t promise that it will always be available or free of errors, and we may pause it for maintenance or security. If we decide to close the directory, we will email agencies with a listing at least 30 days before.
Suspension and closing an account
You can stop using the site at any time, and ask us through the contact page to close your account. We may suspend or close an account, or hide or remove a listing, review or other content, if it breaks these terms, if the law requires it, or if it puts buyers, agencies or the site at risk. Where it is reasonable, we tell you why and give you a chance to fix the problem first. A listing removed for breaking these terms is not refunded, except where the law requires it.
No warranties
The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. As far as the law allows, we give no warranties, express or implied, including that the site, or any listing, review or rating on it, is accurate, complete or fit for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows:
- we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit, revenue, business, data or goodwill;
- we are not liable for agencies’ services, the outcome of any project, or content added by agencies, reviewers, partners or other third parties, including Google;
- our total liability to you for all claims connected with the site is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, for death or personal injury, or any other liability that the law doesn’t allow us to limit. If you are a consumer, you keep every right that consumer law gives you.
Claims caused by business users
If you use the site for a business and someone makes a claim against us because of content you added, a listing you manage or your breach of these terms, you will compensate us for the resulting losses and reasonable costs, including legal fees. We will tell you about the claim promptly and let you take part in the defence.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example when the service or the law changes. The date of the latest version is shown at the top of this page. If a change affects the rights of account holders, we email them at least 30 days before it applies. If you keep using the site after that, the new terms apply; if you don’t agree, you can close your account before then.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes are settled by the Swedish courts, with Gothenburg District Court (Göteborgs tingsrätt) as the first instance. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and may bring a claim there, and you can also turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, arn.se). Please contact us first: most problems are solved fastest directly.
Other terms
If a court finds part of these terms invalid, the rest still applies. If we don’t enforce a right straight away, we haven’t given it up. You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our consent; we may transfer ours to a company that takes over the directory. These terms, with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Review Guidelines, are the whole agreement between you and us about the site.
