Every list in the directory is ordered the same way: by what verified clients say. Here is exactly how it works, with today’s numbers.

Lists are ordered by a score built only from verified client reviews. It blends each agency’s average rating with the average across the whole directory, so a handful of glowing reviews can’t outrank a long, consistent record.
As an agency collects reviews, its own average counts for more and the directory average for less. An agency with no reviews yet scores zero and sits below every reviewed agency.
Agencies without reviews are ordered by their Google Maps rating when we have one, weighed the same way against how many Google reviews it has. It only orders them among themselves: a Google rating never lifts an agency above one with verified reviews. Agencies with neither are listed newest first.
Ranking score, with today’s numbers
(C × m + n × r) ÷ (C + n)
| Agency | Average | Reviews | Score |
|---|---|---|---|
| Agency A | 4.9 | 3 | 4.34 |
| Agency B | 4.6 | 40 | 4.53 |
Only reviews confirmed through the reviewer’s work email count. Agencies can’t review themselves, and each client reviews an agency once.
The score weighs an agency’s average rating against how many reviews it has, so a long, consistent record beats a handful of perfect scores.
Every agency starts near the directory-wide average. Each review pulls its score towards its own average.
Scores update when a review is published or removed, and every night as the directory-wide average moves.
Agencies with no verified reviews yet are ordered by their Google Maps rating, weighed against how many Google reviews it has. A Google rating never lifts an agency above one with verified reviews.
