Listings
You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of paying for a listing, for any reason. The 7 days count from the payment date on your receipt. When the payment is refunded, the listing is taken offline. Your profile is kept in your account: pay again and it goes back online as it was.
Reseller plans
You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of paying for a reseller plan, as long as none of that plan’s credits have been used. Once a credit has been used to create a listing, the plan can’t be refunded. When a plan is refunded, its credits are removed from your account; listings created with credits from other plans stay live. If no paid plan is left, the listing for your own agency, which every plan includes, goes offline until you buy a plan again.
After 7 days
After 7 days payments are not refunded, also when you take a listing offline, stop using your account, or a listing is removed for breaking our Terms of Service. We will always refund a payment taken twice or by mistake, a payment for something we can’t provide because of an error on our side, and any payment the law requires us to refund.
Automatic refunds
If a payment can’t become a listing, for example because your account already has one or another account listed the same domain while you were paying, we refund it in full automatically and email you.
How to ask for a refund
Email hello@agencyseekr.com from your account’s email address within 7 days of paying, with the date of the payment. You don’t need to give a reason. We confirm by email and refund the full amount, VAT included, to the card or account you paid with, normally within 5 working days. Your bank may take another 5–10 days to show it.
Disputed payments
Please contact us before you dispute a payment with your bank: we can usually sort it out faster. While a dispute is open, we may take the listing it paid for offline.
Consumers in the EU and EEA
If you buy as a consumer, for purposes outside your trade, business or profession, and you live in the EU or EEA, you also have a legal right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. This right comes in addition to this policy. To use it, tell us clearly before the 14 days have passed, for example by email to hello@agencyseekr.com. You may use the model form below, but you don’t have to. We refund the full amount within 14 days of receiving your notice, to the payment method you used, at no cost to you, and take the listing offline.
