What you can report
Anything on the site that you believe is illegal or breaks our Terms of Service or Review Guidelines: a review, an agency profile, an article or any other page. For example a fake or paid-for review, false claims on a profile, someone using your company’s name or logo, personal data shown without permission, or threats and harassment.
Reviews are never removed for being negative. A review that describes the reviewer’s own experience stays, even when the agency disagrees with it.
What a report needs
The address of the page, what’s wrong and why, your name and email address, and your confirmation that the report is accurate and complete. If you believe something is illegal, explain which law it breaks. Without enough information we can’t act, and we’ll tell you so.
How we decide
A person on our team checks every report against the law and our rules, and decides within 7 days. We don’t use automated tools to decide reports. We may ask you, the reviewer or the agency for more information, such as proof that a project took place.
If the content breaks the law or our rules, we remove it or change it, for example by removing one claim from a profile. Otherwise it stays.
Who we tell
We email you our decision and the reason. If we remove or change content, we also email whoever added it, the reviewer or the agency that manages the listing, with what we did, why, and which rule or law it broke. We don’t tell them who sent the report, unless the law requires it.
Asking for a second look
Anyone who disagrees with a decision, whether they reported the content or added it, can reply to our decision email within six months and explain why. We look at it again and tell them the outcome. They can also take the matter to court.
Misuse
Please only report content you believe is illegal or against our rules. If someone keeps sending reports that are clearly unfounded, we may stop handling their reports for a while, and we tell them so.
If someone is in danger
If someone’s life or safety is at risk, contact the police first. If a report tells us about a crime that threatens someone’s life or safety, we pass it on to the police.
Your details
We keep reports for 12 months and then delete them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data.
